For that the management decided to offer iPads which can be used for both entertainment and work purposes. Watching your favorite podcast, videos, or listening to delightful music while the staff is working on your pedicure/manicure could have huge impact on customer experience.
However, when your customers are holding an iPad in their hand during the service, it could interrupt the service staff which had counter effects on customer experience and also create problems for the staff. That is why the Golden Sands Hotel approached RSI Concepts and asked us to provide a customized iPad stand which not only enables the customers to easily access and operate the iPads/tablets in a hands-free mode and also ensures that the staff have no problem with it. For that RSI Concepts offered customized iPad stands with adjustable height and rotatable holder arm. This stand allow users to use the iPads while relaxing on a chair at any position, the flexible arm and the adjustable height allow the users to use iPad in both portrait and landscape mode with fully hands free operation. The stand ensures no one getsdisturbed by it, the staff can perform their activities without the stand or iPad getting into their way and the customers can have a joyful experience during the service.
