RSI Concepts has supplied 360 Degree Rotatable elegant iPad/Android tablet kiosk stands to Americana Computers for their prestigious client, Adnoc. If you are living in UAE you must be familiar with the name Adnoc, they are serving the national interests of the country since past 46 years and have helped the government in transforming the economic growth by managing the hydrocarbon value chain on the behalf of Abu Dhabi government. The Sharjah Directorate of Islamic Affairs is responsible for maintaining and constructing mosques all around the Emirates of the Sharjah. The entity is also taking care of all the religious affairs such as Juma Khutbah, Adan and Prayer Timings, other public matters. The Directorate of Islamic Affairs Sharjah is in collaboration of all other relevant institutions too and taking care of everything related to religious matters in the Emirate of Sharjah. The Directorate of Islamic Affairs is integrating the latest technological solutions to increase its operational capabilities as well as providing more reliable support and service.

RSI Concepts was given a task to further digitalize and automate some operational processes in the Human Resource (HR) Department by implementing HR Self-service Kiosks. We have designed a completely customized solution to cater to their specific needs. Our HR Self-service Kiosks are equipped with a large touch-screen, Emirates ID reader, Document Scanner, A4 Size printer and a camera to aid the software functionalities introduced to automate a variety of HR-related tasks.

The HR Self-service Kiosk software is dedicatedly built for the Directorate of Islamic Affairs Sharjah, to provide all required HR functionalities. Our HR Self-service Kiosk’s software is equipped with a smart software engine to automate the process with a powerful back-office control module to further control, monitor and report generation about the system performance and usage. The HR Self-service Kiosks are fully self-service machines and allow the user to sign-in by scanning their Emirates ID cards, once the user is signed-in they can print their salary certificates, leave applications, other documents and applications. The users can also autonomously apply for various HR services without intervention from the HR staff. This reduces the workload of the HR staff and also excel in the service delivery process through automation.

The users can also print a variety of standard documents from our HR Self-service Kiosks such as Juma Khutbah, letters, applications and much more. The status of under process applications is also available in the HR Self-service Kiosk. The users can also upload documents by scanning them on the spot through the in-built document scanner of the HR Self-service Kiosk, this not only reduces the service delivery time but it also makes the process easier and robust for the users.

Khorfakkan Municipality has a sewerage dumping area, where all the sewerage is coming from all around the Khorfakkan. The Khorfakkan Municipality charges each truck/tanker a fee for each trip. Earlier they were using the manual logbooks, to track and monitor this operation and the payment was also on the sight. It was hard for the management to input the data and also to regulate it. The books were manual and the registry was difficult to input into the digital system. The Khorfakkan Municipality and RSI Concepts comes up with a solution to digitalize the process by installing the Smart Gate Automation System. This system not only digitalized the whole operation but also automate it to a certain extent. This allows the management to put regulations and an error-free robust mechanism to manage the payments and track the vehicles.

The unique and new thing in this system was the introduction of a QR code-based mechanism. Each DAMAC property was tagged with a unique QR code, which is pasted on a very prominent place. The tenant/customer and visitors can scan those QR codes with their smartphones and do the survey within a few taps or they can do the survey from the interactive devices also, which are installed on each property. The system will monitor and update the admin panel in real-time, and whenever negative feedback is submitted, the system notified the concerned staff immediately along with that, an SMS and Email will be sent to the customer as well. Later the staff can rectify the problem and notify the customer accordingly. This feature builds a sense of connectivity and the customer/visitors will also feel comfortable by knowing that they are important and DAMAC is taking their valuable feedbacks very seriously.

The system is very flexible and completely customized to fulfil the needs of the DAMAC. Above all our system provides provisions of customizing the surveys for each property and a very deep statistical analysis mechanism which no one else is providing. The RSI Concepts’ Queue Management System is mainly commissioned at the Meat and Fishery sections of the Dubai Union Coop. The customer can purchase item of their choice, handed it over to the staff for cleansing and can walk away to continue their shopping while once the staff is done cleaning, the customer is notified via available mediums to collect the item from the meat or fishery section of the mall. This eliminates a long waiting time in front of the meat and fishery areas and also prevent hustle created by rush.

The whole mechanism was designed to reduce the queue time and provide freedom to the shoppers to spend more time shopping rather than waiting in the long queues. The system also prevent all types of human errors and issues that may arise in the manual process. Everyone is getting the work done at their queue number so there are happy with the waiting and services provided with utmost care and speed.

Nowadays mobile phones are binding devices that everyone carries for their daily use. They have become so important that our daily life is incomplete without having a mobile phone. Other than phone calls mobile phones are widely used for socializing with family or friends, banking transactions, watching IPTV services and so on – the list never finishes and each day a new service is introduced to make our life easier. Most of the services require a data connection hence a minimum of 3G connection is required and as more the connection time, more batteries drain.

Mobile charging kiosk has been introduced keeping aforementioned in mind. The cell phone charging station is one of the mandatory requirements of indoor public places where there is considerable footfall such as government departments, banks, shopping malls, play areas, hotel lobbies, schools, colleges, universities, libraries, coffee shops, airport lounges and wherever people gather individually or in a group.

Each compartment of mobile charging station has been designed with enough space to allow different size of mobile phones, such as Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Blackberry, Oppo, Vivo, Nokia, Motorola, LG etc. Each compartment has its own digital lock which can be used as a locker. A one-time PIN can be created before keeping the phone on charge in compartment and the same PIN is used to open the locker once the phone is charged up to desired level. Simple operating instructions are provided on the phone charging station in English and Arabic both to meet the general public requirements. There is also a master code that can be used if a one-time PIN is forgotten or lost.

The mobile charging station can be customized as required. It can have less or more compartments or digital signage screens as required. The power required to charge the mobile phone is equally distributed hence all the devices connected can be charged at fast speed in as less time as possible.

The health center comes under the umbrella of Mubadala, a global investment giant having assets worth around AED 840 Billion. There is no need to comment about the quality of services provided at Capital Health Screening Center when we know that the parent company is Mubadala. The center is not only a visa medical testing facility but a full-fledged healthcare and medical check-ups are also undertaken.

Recently Capital Health Screening Center requested bids for a customer feedback system through a tender, for all the three branches located in Abu Dhabi City, Mussafah and the Al Ain. The estimated foot fall from all branches is around 3 to 4 thousand people per day. The Capital Health Screening Center is striving to improve their services by taking the feedback from their visitors. They were aiming to make the feedback process more appealing and simple so that more and more people will share their experiences and opinions with the management.

The Customer Feedback System commissioned at Capital Health Screening Center consists of 5 feedback kiosk machines in total. The software application for the feedback is another marvel built by RSI Concept’s professional engineers and programmers. The software of customer feedback system allows the visitors to scan the barcode of their registration form and input the feedback in a few simple steps. The system will then do the statistical analysis and produce reports as per the pre-configured settings.The reporting engine allows generating customized reports, whenever required. This will help the management to evaluate the whole process and the public relation staff on the bases of their performance and behavior with the visitors.
