Park View Housing Society Exhibition Kiosk in Dubai Festival City by RSI Geeks

The Park View Housing Society is a very well-known and well-reputed residential and commercial property developer. The Park View Housing Society have decided to reach out to their audience in Dubai, UAE. The Star Marketing Properties approached several interior and kiosk designing companies in Dubai. RSI Geeks was given the opportunity to build an innovative and futuristic arena for the guests and visitors at the Dubai Festival City. The exhibition’s venue was Festival Arena, which was also hosting several other exhibition stands at that time. However, the futuristic look, digital signage, video wall, lighting and the visuals of the Park View Housing Society’s exhibition kiosk have captured the attention of the visitors and guests.

The Park View City’s Exhibition Stand Kiosk was a completely customized design. At RSI Geeks we follow best industry standards and always start with a comprehensive 3D modeling and graphics to show our customers what they should expect from the final outcome. Once the 3D is approved we proceed with the actual design. All indoor exhibitions stands and kiosks must comply with the local regulatory bodies and the safety standards, at RSI Geeks we have skilled experts and professional who are experienced in complying with the government or facility management standards and policies. Since it was a housing society and the primary aim was to attract more investors so the customized kiosk was designed to highlight the key features of the society along with the surrounding environment to give the viewers a more appealing and attractive view of the society. For that we have designed the stand in shape of mountains and several other landmarks were incorporated within the walls which was making it more appealing and attractive. On top of that the lighting and the color effects were also attracting the passer by visitors. The video wall and the digital signage was very prominent, as soon as someone enters the arena, they notice the big flashy screen with attractive adverts running on it. The Sharjah Book Authority has acquired RSI Queue Management System (QMS) on rental basis for their 2021 Sharjah Book Festival (كيوسيستملمهرجانالشارقةالقرائيللطفل) a few months ago and now once again RSI Concepts has been given the honor to serve them for the Sharjah Children Reading Festival 2021 (مهرجانالشارقةالقرائيللطفل). The festival (مهرجانالشارقةالقرائيللطفل) is a huge event for not only kids but for the entire family. The purpose is to promote reading habits among the youngsters and kids. The festival hosts a wide range of activities such as workshops, cooking shows, and a huge number of creative and cultural appeal.

Indeed it is an oasis of knowledge and happiness in the middle of the desert of Arabia. The QMS software comes with two sections, one is the agent dashboard and the other is the admin dashboard and server-side software application.

The agent dashboard allows the server to effectively handle customers and the queue as well. It also allows additional controls for the agents to further manage the queue if required. The QMS server and administrative dashboard or admin control panel is the backend of the queue management software. The admin dashboard allows to view the system usage stats and reporting. The management can download reports and statistical data from the admin dashboard. This data can provide vital business intelligence which can be very helpful in decision making and strategy making to further improve the customer journey and customer experience and to improve employee efficiency.

RSI Concepts was given the task to revamp certain areas of the corporate website, some new sections were planned to be added and a complete Arabic version of the corporate website was also planned for this project. The requirement gathering was intense, the project completion dates were tight. The Arabic version of the website was a great addition to improve the customer experience and customer journey. The new revamp is mainly focusing on the user experience and customer journey. As with all other banks, Ajman Bank’s website has a lot of content and information, which are very well-organized in various sections and categories the main navigational structure was designed to enable the visitors to easily access the information from the sub-menus and deeper categories. The Arabic language version is to further improve the customer journey and customer experience.

The project execution was very smooth as we had done very detailed requirement gathering. However, as the website was meant for a bank so we had to follow certain standards and protocols, that was not a challenge at all, the challenging part was to ensure compliance with all industry standards and protocols while heavily enhancing the user interface to ensure a satisfactory user experience. But due to our experience in such projects and professional frontend & backend web developers, we have successfully achieved the desired user interface features as well as agility and maximum efficiency of the website functionalities. The website will provide a lot of new services for the customers as well, which will reduce the service delivery time, improve customer retention and satisfaction, align with the vision and policies of Ajman Bank to reduce the paperwork and encourage digitalization.

SEWA – Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority or Sharjah Electricity, Water & Gas Authority is a government organization responsible for energy production, management and distribution. For example, if a customer came for a correction in the bill or reporting an electrical or water supply issue, the customer support agent will immediately take down all the details and enter them into the system, then the system will automatically push the details to the concerned person, if the concerned manager wants to mobilize a team to the site, the file will be forwarded to the technical side, and so on and so forth. At each step, the manager has the authority to notarize the file electronically and the next manager or concerned person will receive the file with the e-signatures of the previous team.

Recently there was an event taking place in Abu Dhabi, the Dan Bolton was organizing and managing the events and the details. Due to COVID-19 scenarios, the social distancing and other precautionary measures were in place, a demand rise for very stylish, sleek and unique hand sanitiser dispenser stands which can not only provide the contactless operation but they should also be able to blend-in in the environment. RSI Concepts was approached to offer a solution. Multiple ideas and concepts had been shared with the Dan Bolton team. An idea and concept were finalized, it was a very slim, sleek and simplified design concept. We were given go-ahead with the idea. The basic concept behind the design was to make it simple, provide some branding space which can be utilized by the customer to put their branding on and some precautions and instructions on the model for the users.

The dispensing unit that was chosen with the stand was one of our automatic contactless hand sanitiser models. The main feature of that model is that it can be solely operated on batteries and it can store a handsome amount of liquid in it. Another excellent feature of the device was that it includes a very powerful hand detection and sensing technology which ensures that no user will have to physically touch anything to get the hand sanitiser liquid, all they need is to place their hand in the proximity and the dispenser will automatically dispense the sanitiser liquid on the user’s hand. The technology used in the hand sanitiser dispenser is very power efficient to ensure the batteries could last longer and the replacement and refilling are also done through the front-opening hatch. Which makes it even easier to operate and manage.

Then a full project scope and plan was presented to the university management which was approved and appreciated then the full-on production phase got started.

The main key components of the system are a queue management system for the students and the visitors, a QMS software server, Agents Portal and Dashboard, digital signage, audiovisual announcements and an interactive self-service kiosk. The most frequent student related processes such as student enrollment, course registration process, program amendments, letter issuance, transcripts requests, and KHDA attestation and many more processes can be offered via self-service interactive kiosk. The queue management system was designed specifically for Heriot-Watt University to minimize the student/visitor wait time and to make the service delivery quicker. Our queue management system provides an interactive agent dashboard interface which further reduces the workload of the agents and servers to improve their efficiency. The automation of the customer flow leads to quicker service delivery and a good student/visitor experience. The entire student journey was designed to minimize the efforts of the students and the staff and to reduce the service delivery time and wait time. There is a very powerful data analytics engine that enables the system to generate comprehensive reports and statistical data which could help the management to further take steps to improve the service quality, service delivery time and visitor/student journey.
