As a part of the HCT or the Higher Colleges of Technology which is a community of scholars and teachers across 17 campuses from around UAE, Al Ain Men’s College is a part of a large network. The needs for a queue management system had been growing. Al Ain Men’s College contracted RSI Concepts to deploy RSI Queuing System to cater to their various necessities.

The Department of Economic Development, Dubai Acquired RSI Queuing System

The Department of Economic Development (DED), Dubai acquires RSI Queuing System to optimize their queue management system. DED is a government wing whose focus is to evolve strategies and mechanisms to foster and nurture economic development of Dubai. Rapid economic growth, creating an amicable business environment, and encouragement of innovation in business services and products, are some of the work undertaken by DED. DED is vested with the important task of identifying policies and reforms to constantly help in the growth of the business economy of Dubai.

DED wanted to optimize their queue management system and hence approached RSI Concepts for the same. RSI queuing systems are very well known for their impressive technology and effortless functioning. The team working on RSI queuing systems interacted with the team from DED to understand the different functionalities required and vagaries which had to be considered. After intense deliberations and discussions a queue management system was envisaged and designed.

From 21^st April 2015, Google will be incorporating mobile friendliness as a parameter in its ranking algorithm and this is being termed as Google mobile friendly update. This simply indicates that if a website is mobile friendly, its rankings are likely to get a boost. On the contrary if a website is not mobile friendly, then its current ranking are bound to drop. In a nutshell responsive sites or websites with a separate mobile site will be rewarded while non-responsive sites will see a downward plunge. An alarming situation for search engine optimizing agencies who are working on non-responsive websites.
